Cha Cha was a huge inspiration for us when starting our business. She loved the water, and often our neighbours on the lake would meet our beautiful Saint Bernard before meeting us!

About Us

By The Lake Rentals is proud to be owned by Cecilia and Osvaldo. Osvaldo has 30+ years of experience on watercrafts, and his love for being on the water started in Cuba. He graduated there as a marine before travelling the world, eventually settling in Canada. Ever since then, being on the water has been a huge part of their family life and it has always been their goal as business owners to bring everything that Lake Newell has to offer to everyone.

A beautiful gem of a destination that they felt many people in the area and beyond were unaware of.

By The Lake Rentals opened in 2022 with one goal: to share our love for this beautiful place with others by offering them an unforgettable experience. We want people to be able to come here, relax and enjoy themselves in a peaceful setting while making memories that will last forever!
